Reader, Author, Publisher Survey

Hello Friends, FB Friends, Authors, Publishers and Readers,
I am doing research on the effects of technology in literature for a college course. If you would not mind I'd appreciate it if you would take the time to answer a few questions for me to help enable my research and further my insights into the effects which technology has had in literature.
