March 25, 2013 - Read Job 21 - 28

Job stayed on God's paths, he followed His ways and did not turn aside. He did not depart from His commands but trusted God's Words more than daily food.

Job tried to make his friends see that questions about God, about life, and about justice are not as simple as they seem. Job declares his confidence in his integrity and God's justice. If we are true believers, all oursins are forgiven because of what Christ did on the cross in our behalf. God is greater than our feelings. His forgiveness and cleansing is sufficient; they overrule our doubts. If God has forgiven and accepted us, we are forgiven indeed.

Do people know where to find wisdom? Do you know where to find wisdom? Do I know where to find wisdom? Where can they find understanding? Where can you or I find understanding?

God says " The fear of the Lord is true wisdom, to forsake evil is real understanding."

Wisdom is found in the fear of the Lord and forsaking ( doing away with, getting rid of) evil is the source for real understranding. Do we fear the Lord? Do we put aside all evil in our lives? Only in the Lord will we find wisdom and understanding. They cannot be perceived if evil remains in our hearts and in our lives.
